Inspection

We require an inspection in order to provide an accurate estimate of specific cleaning and repair costs. This depends on factors such as condition, size, and the material of the carpet.

We provide inspection services for the purpose of getting an insurance claim assessment and an estimate of damage and restoration work required. We also handle the formal report and assessment requirements for submitting claims with an insurance company.

The typical process is to have the carpet dropped off at one of our locations. We will perform an inspection and provide a written report within 24 hours. Upon approval from the adjustor, we will complete the work and bill the insurance company directly.
